VEBA Vaccinates Education Employees

The County of San Diego has now opened Phase 2, which includes the general population 50 years and older. Beginning April 15, everyone age 16 and older will be eligible for the vaccine. VEBA is following state and county guidelines for COVID-19 vaccination including phases for vaccine distribution. All TK-12 education employees working in San Diego district, charter, and private schools are eligible to schedule their COVID-19 vaccine appointment through the VEBA portal.COVID-19 Vaccine Availability
We are working to open up availability to the entire education community as quickly as possible. SUPPLY IS VERY LIMITED, especially as the vaccine is becoming available to more people. PLEASE BE PATIENT as the available supply of the vaccine in San Diego County works to catch up to the demand. The vaccine will eventually be available to all Californians.
